LoomNLane Exchange & Return Policy

At LoomNLane, we believe that your comfort comes first. Every product we offer is carefully selected to help you feel confident, comfortable, and cared for. While we strive to ensure every order is perfect, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

Because our products are intimate wear, we kindly ask our customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before placing an order. A little extra attention during checkout helps us deliver the right comfort to your doorstep.

Exchange Eligibility:

We are happy to offer an exchange in the following situations:

Size Exchange:

If the size you ordered does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within 2-3 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.

To qualify for a size exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  •  Original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be intact.
  • The product must be free from stains, perfumes, odors, or any signs of use.

Incorrect Item Received:

If we accidentally send the wrong product, color, size, or quantity, we sincerely apologize. In such cases, LoomNLane will arrange the exchange at no additional cost to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  •  Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Exchange requests submitted after the specified exchange period.
  • Orders placed with incorrect size, color, or product selection due to customer oversight, except where a size exchange is specifically approved under this policy.
